Sowing steps

  1. Prepare the seed first (soak before sowing).
  2. Fill trays or pots with a fine, free-draining seed-raising mix and firm gently.
  3. Sow about 15 mm deep and water in gently.
  4. Keep evenly moist and warm; expect germination in 14-28 days.
  5. Transplant seedlings out once they have several true leaves and the weather is mild.
